1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used products
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Items without original packaging or proof of purchase
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact us via email or phone within 48 hours of delivery
Provide order details along with images of the product (if damaged/incorrect)
Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process
4. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
5. Replacement Policy
In case of damaged or defective products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, based on product availability
Replacement orders will be processed without additional shipping charges
6. Shipping for Returns
In eligible cases, return shipping may be arranged by us or reimbursed
If the return is due to customer reasons (if accepted), shipping charges may be borne by the customer
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process
